Culture Shift Catalyst is a six-week course & coaching program designed to expand your skills surrounding intersectional allyship & advocacy.

With personal intercultural development as the ultimate goal, we will explore conversational frameworks designed to support you in having complicated conversations with others in your community, while maintaining healthy boundaries & relationships. Having the ability to hold difficult conversations with people that have differing values & beliefs is one of the best skills to have in your pocket, if your ultimate goal is shifting hearts & minds. Culture Shift Catalyst will give you the tools to have these conversations & the space to practice using these tools to de-escalate & diffuse harmful conversations.
